On September 1st, online applications open
By September 1st, we have posted our funding priorities and additional requirements on our council profile.
Between September 1st and the October deadline, applicants can access the online system to complete and submit applications. A link to the application system can be found under the "Apply Now" tab on the Easthampton council profile. Users will be prompted to create an account for the online application system.

By October 15th at 11:59:59 pm Eastern Time, applicants must complete their forms online and upload any required supplemental materials. In years when October 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the statewide deadline is the Monday immediately following October 15th.
After the deadline, online submissions will be collated by Mass Cultural Council for the ECC and delivered to the council in the form of a PDF panel book.

Between November 1st and December 30th ECC will hold voting meetings to make decisions on applications, send denial letters, and handle reconsideration requests.

By January 15th, ECC will have submitted their Annual Report to Mass Cultural Council, and will begin to notify applicants.

ECC processes reimbursement requests with our municipality. The time it takes the ECC and the city of Easthampton to process reimbursements can take 4-8 weeks.
Grantees carry out their programs and acknowledge the funding they've received through Mass Cultural Council and the Easthampton Cultural Council.
